Contest Rules

You have a chance to win a $1,000 American Express Gift Card, or one of twenty other prizes.  Each winner will be randomly selected from all registered myfoodservice.com users as of midnight February 28, 2010, the close of this promotion.

CONTEST RULES:

1.  To be eligible, entrants must complete the myfoodservice.com registration.  Incomplete or false registrations will automatically be disqualified. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2.  The contest is open to all professional U.S. foodservice restaurant owners/operators, culinary chefs, restaurant managers and foodservice directors.  Members and persons affiliated with the operation of this promotion are excluded from this contest.

3.  The Grand Prize is $1,000 in American Express Gift Card(s) and must be accepted as awarded.

4.  A total, of 21 prizes will be awarded based on an impartial random drawing from all registered users as of midnight February 28, 2010, the close of this promotion.

5.  The winning names will be randomly selected with the first name selected winning the Grand Prize, the second and third names will win the 2nd Prize and so on until all 21 prizes are given.

6.  Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

7.  By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name for promotion purposes.

8.  In accepting the prize, the winner, acknowledges that myfoodservice.com, LLC, may not be held liable for anything associated with accepting this prize.

9.  The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to respond to an email verification and the receipt of a correct street address (no P.O. boxes) to mail gift certificate to before the prize is awarded to them.

10.  This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

11.  myfoodservice.com, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

Contest is to commence on Friday, January 1, 2010 and will conclude on February 28, 2010.  The winning names will be randomly selected one at a time until 21 names are randomly selected and 21 total prizes are given out.  This random drawing will be conducted by Philip Pearlman, President, myfoodservice.com on Friday, March 5, 2010.
